Where and what did you study?
I studied at the Czech university of Life Science in Prague, Faculty of horticulture.
What do you like the most about landscape and garden architecture?
As a garden designer my position is very diverse. Not one project is always the same. Every client has different and personal requests, every year is changing with the seasons. I am constantly on the go and learning. I enjoy watching nature and vegetation how they forge and grow in different conditions. It is a very optimistic and rewarding job.
Where do you get the inspiration for your work?
I am getting inspired by my visits to all gardens, exhibitions and wilderness.
Which part of your work do you like the most and why?
I like the most family garden, which features a nice climate of fully grown trees at the edge of forest and striking Victorian conservatory in Klánovice.
And your hobbies?
I love travelling and observing new cultures not just gardening. I like to study and have started new informational website Perenniculum which is about perennials. An interest I have been studying for quite some time.
Where is your favorite place on the entire planet?
It is so difficult to choose just one place. I think it would be gardeners Mecca – England. Another one is definitely Tuscany.
